Shawbrook Dance Theatre Awards (SDTA) This competition does not exsist as from 2010 because of lack of funding. We do hope it might continue in the future at some stage. It has helped many an overseas student financially and has been inspirational to see how many of the winners are professional dancers today!
The first Saturday after Easter weekend a dance competition is held in Shawbrook theatre. Only full-time dance students studying abroad may apply, prize money is awarded to help with their costs.
