Shawbrook School of Dance is a private dance school in Legan, Co Longford providing dance education from age 4/5 up to any age you dare to imagine . . .
Classes in Classical ballet, jazz and contemporary dance.  We prepare students for all grades and vocational RAD exams, for  INDA and for auditions for 3rd level education.
Our students also take part in all LLDF and Beech Party activities


Anica Louw is the founder/director and her husband Philip Dawson is co-director. The school,  theatre, rehearsal rooms, dance studios and accomodation are based at their converted dairy farm and surrounded by a forest of oak, lime and ash.

Dollie Henry Jenkins and her husband the jazz composer and musician Paul Jenkins.
 
 To have a Jazz Choreographic-composer workshop, is a first for Shawbrook. We are very excited. This week will take place the last week in June the 24th to the 30th. For further information of the UK's premiere artistic jazz theatre company Body Of People, go to www.bop.org.uk
